Horizon 120 is a large commercial development, offering high-tech industrial, office and logistics space. We were tasked with producing several aspects of CGI imagery for this project, including exterior property renders and 3D animation.

Kingsmead is a large development of new homes by Crest Nicholson. We provided them with a wealth of CGI imagery, including exterior & streetscene CGI's, a 3D flythrough animation, and site plan. 

Ellingham Green is a new home property development by Flagship Homes. We provided with them exterior house type CGI's, which were then also utilised in a 3D site plan, flythrough animation, and real-time interactive touchscreen site map.

Beaulieu Park is a development of 3,600 new homes by Countryside Properties. We have been providing them with property CGI's and animations for their marketing of this development since 2012.

Polly's Field is a retirement village by Abbeyfield. We provided exterior and interior property renders, as well as a 3D flythrough, so they could present the site to investors and purchasers long before construction was completed.

This development from Bovis Homes, part of the Vistry Group, required us to work alongside their internal team to provide 3D flythroughs, as well as some last minute exterior property CGI's.

Aura, by Countryside Properties, continues to be one of our favourite projects we have worked on. We provided a broad range of property CGI's, site plans, AR & interactive materials, and much more.
