This is a new 3D Walkthrough animation which was produced for Crest Homes at their Francis Park development. The 3D walkthrough was created using the CAD drawings from the architect. Blue Cube Studios then created a 3D model of the entire property, using reference photography from the client to achieve the correct interior decoration and feel inside the property.
These 3D Walkthrough animations can be used on a website, DVD or an interactive device such as a touch screen system or even an iOS app for iPhone or iPad. A professional soundtrack was added to give some ambiance and although it was not necessary in this case, voiceovers can also be added to talk viewers around the property and explain the design features and benefits.
