Kingsmead

This project was a large development of new homes in Faversham, Kent. It is one of many projects we have undertaken for Crest Nicholson’s Eastern region. We provided a wealth of images, animations and marketing content. By creating a 3D model of the entire development, we were able to supply a great package of exterior property CGI’s, streetscene renders, and an eye-catching 3D Flythrough Animation. We also supplied 2D floor plans for all house types and a large detailed 2D site plan, all produced in-house and coordinated by our hugely experienced team. Teaming up with one of our favourite local creatives, we were able to supply a fully integrated creative service; providing full branding and site identity, brochure design, artwork, advertisements and print management.
