Ellingham Green

This was a lovely property development project for Flagship Homes. The development itself consisted of 100 new homes set within the Norfolk countryside, near Attleborough in Great Ellingham. We worked very closely with Swallow Marketing, to deliver a fully integrated marketing service.

 

We created a 3D model for the entire development, meaning that the property renders could be used for multiple purposes. The 3D models created for exterior house type CGI’s were also utilised in a 3D Site Plan, and Flythrough Animation. Not only that, we were able to quickly reformat our 3D models and optimise them for a real-time interactive touchscreen system. This project is a great example of how to gain the maximum value from our rendering services - squeezing as much content out of our 3D CGI's as possible!
