Beaulieu Park is a strategic development by Countryside Properties, a long term client of ours. Blue Cube Studios have been involved in the property marketing of Beaulieu Park from early in the project. Since 2012, we have been providing exterior and streetscene CGI’s, 3D animations, and floor plans for both residential and commercial aspects of the 604-acre site, comprising of a staggering 3,600 new homes.

The architecture across the multiple development phases of this strategic development boasts a varied mix of colonial style family homes, traditional local architecture and contemporary style houses overlooking a huge linear park.
