Photomontage CGI – Falcon Wharf

These photomontage CGI’s show a development in Lewes, East Sussex, called Falcon Wharf. A photomontage is a property cgi, which has been produced by taking an existing photograph of the site, and then compositing the proposed development into the photograph.

Photomontages are usually half photograph and half CGI. This often makes them appear more realistic as a large proportion of the image is actually a real photograph. In this case, these two photomontage images were produced in support of a planning application. This really helps with planning applications as you can show the building in context with it’s surroundings – the aim here is obviously to convince the local authority that your proposals are suitable for the site.
